Protecting Your Aura

Everything is Energy. Every person has an energy field. This field or aura radiates out of the body and in the space immediately around you. An aura carries the emotional and energetic vibrations of each individual. It can be different colors depending on their state of being, which can also vary and change.
Have you ever noticed how certain places can absorb the energies of the people there, even after they leave? Or how a certain mood in a room can change just by one individual's presence entering? Often without a single word being spoken. Each person carries an energy with them and it can effect other people around them and the places they go. Some people are highly in tune to the energies of other people and places. Pay attention and you will notice too. With practice you can see and feel the auras of other people and pick up on energetic vibrations of the places you go.
It is best to distance yourself from negative energies. When that isn't possible, you can still spiritually protect your Energy and Aura by visualizing a protective bubble or light around yourself. Imagine a bright white light emanating from your chest, surrounding and illuminating the space immediately around yourself in all directions. Be unafraid and know that love, peace and light conquer all darkness. Remember you have Spirit within.
It can be done anytime you wish or need to protect your aura. Suggested times include before sleeping, prior to meditating, and before going places with other people around.

In this last verse, Krishna is indicating that the whole of creation is the manifestation of his God Energy. Even the Sun gets its radiance from him. We are all manifestations of the Light. Shine your Light into the world!
